Examination Postponed
Social media and news sites are flooding with the news of University examinations being delayed as UGC have released revised guidelines for examination and academic calendar for the universities in the view of COVID-19. After the tweet of the minister of human resource development Dr Ramesh Pokhriyal, the e-copy of the press release and his tweet is being shared by students very rapidly on social media like WhatsApp and Facebook. The reason of this sharing and trolls is the decision of MHRD on the examination of the terminal semester students before this senseless decision taken by MHRD the examinations of terminals students were scheduled to be conducted in the month of July, but according to the new press release it is now scheduled to be conducted at the end of September 2020. See, this might make sense to you when you are not a student of graduation or post-graduation (final year) because the press release says that the government is so much concerned about COVID-19 pandemic and every decision is taken in accord with that. But if you are a student then the situation will be exactly upside down for you.

Government Failing
See I understand what the government is trying to do, But for these kinds of decisions the government should not just do some chit chat with a bunch of uneducated politicians rather they should do some research and dig about what will be the circumstances created by these kinds of decisions. Because when you are talking about final year students, it's not just examinations that they have to go through, so that their marks could be written on their results, it's a deciding factor of their career too. So delaying the examinations for the final semesters directly affects the students related to it.
Disability to Control Situations and take Decisions
The world is already suffering from a greater economic crisis (government accepts it or not), and many students have already lost their jobs even without joining it, in such a sensitive condition delaying the examinations simply means that the students who have job offers, will get late in joining or the offers will get cancelled. But it seems like the government has nothing to do with this situation, they just want to prove that even when the world was suffering, we managed to conduct examinations LoL. I just don't understand how in the world the COVID-19 cases will be under control to conduct examinations, and if they say that the examinations will be conducted in an online medium then why didn't they do it before. This clearly shows disability to control situations and take decisions of the Modi government. The government always talks about the war going on, statues, religions but they never talk about any real concern of the people of the country. When you are in the government you have a responsibility to take care of your people and if you fail in doing that then what is the need of such government you all should be ashamed of yourself. All the students who are thinking that this is fun to not give the examinations and to just avoid everything and be in the comfort zone, just know that you all are going to pay in the long terms and you will not be able to do anything then.
The underrated scam
That's not it because, in the excellent cover of COVID-19, the colleges and universities have been doing things according to their own good, and by “their own good” I mean the employees of such organizations (not students). They started the online classes and it was important but even though they knew very soon that it was a failure, they didn't update the way of online classes neither they cancelled it. So, for records, the classes were continued because of the hard work of the teachers but we all know that that's not true. As a result of such a senseless and irresponsible activity of educational institutions, the students know nothing about their course even though they attended all online classes. I admit that there were few teachers who did real hard work and put a lot of effort into creating study materials, videos to make the classes meaningful, but that doesn’t compensate for a majority of teachers not doing anything and just sharing PDF (not even created by them).
Conclusion
I think this is a really big scam and in the long term we will have to face the result of it, first taught with shallow content and then then the delayed result, you tell me is that good for us or for our nation. That is why I think that the government should look into this situation and start thinking about the students rather than just talking in their speeches. There is a responsibility of students also to ask their concerned institutions for their own good.
What I want to say is simple: if you are not able to provide value education, that is fine because the current situation explains everything, but at least give the required certificates and degrees to the students in time so that they can do something for themselves on their own. Delaying the examinations can cost students their job offers or at least delay in joining, that will be harmful to our economy.
Everything I mentioned above is My personal thoughts, I am not concluding anything. You might think differently than me, maybe just opposite to me, please let me know in the comments section if I am correct or if you think something else.

So worrying Sir
