Origin Story

    These days China has definitely proven that it is the most irresponsible, and the greediest country ever. Their actions are always intended to provide as much benefit to their country as possible. They do a lot of illegal animal trafficking, illegal biological experiments, they are the country producing the highest amount of plastic waste per year and many more. And the recent actions of this country has made others suffer, either we talk about the COVID-19 or the galwan valley incident, the Chinese government's actions are always unclear and doubtful. Anything ever bad happens at the international level, I don't know why China always proves to be involved in that somehow. Create controversy and always try to prove that they are the strongest country and a world leader. That's not the main problem. The main problem is their suspicious activity in the world of internet and cybersecurity. Almost every famous Chinese mobile application collects data from users without their permission and even their knowledge in many cases. I would not accept it as a coincidence. We all know that the Chinese government policies don't let the Chinese companies work freely, they always work under the influence of the government that is why I think there is the involvement of Chinese government in the data piracy done by the Chinese applications.

    On top of everything, after the galwan valley incident, this topic gained a lot of attention, the warning from the indian intelligence agency about the 53 apps, gave a push to this topic and people started this boycott thing.

Please understand

    It's a really good thing that finally people realize that things which are free of cost or are unbelievably cheap, always come with some compromise. The compromise will be either with the quality of the products or your private data. So, it looks like people are finally giving some attention to this topic. But there are some problems also with all this. People are not trying to understand things, when you protest in India, destroy public properties, destroy your own property you are against a body which cares about all that, may be very little but they do. But things are not the same with China.

Stop destroying your own property

    I have come across a lot of videos which show that people are burning TVs, destroying phones and many other chinese products. They think that boycotting China means destroying chinese products. But it's not completely true, things you have bought with your money belong to you, no matter where you bought them from and the same goes with the chinese products. The chinese TVs, smartphones, computers or anything which you bought with your money are no longer a property of china. So destroying such things will not help.

What we can do is, stop purchasing the chinese products anymore, and that is “Boycott China”. Make sure that you never buy any chinese products and do not use any chinese apps. A list of those chinese apps which you can boycott are explained in this article.

Ban Chinese food?

    I have also seen someone saying that, government should ban chinese restaurants. I will repeat again all the local businesses which run in India are not governed by Chinese government, and that is the case with chinese food and restaurants, because all the money invested in them is Indian. Only the food is inspired by china. I said inspired because all the so called chinese food we eat actually are a hybrid of chinese foods and indian cooking style. After all that many lives depend on the streat food businesses, so please stop saying such non sensible things.

    I am repeating again that all the products you have bought from China now belong to you, they are your property. So, please stop destroying your own money and Boycott China by not buying chinese products any more.
